Job Description

1、Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design related majors, strong sense of innovation and hands-on ability, experience in structural design and mass production of AGV, storage logistics robot, automated handling engineering machinery is preferred.
2、Familiar with the characteristics and applications of common mechanisms and transmission forms, and can carry out kinematic and dynamics analysis, robot structure force and motion interference analysis.
3、Familiar with machining, stamping, sheet metal, die-casting and plastic injection process, familiar with relevant material properties and surface treatment process.
4、Proficient in mechanical design software such as ProE, solidworks, Catia, AutoCAD, etc. Experience in static and dynamic simulation and familiar with finite element analysis such as Adams, ANSYS, etc. is preferred.
5、Proficient in various gear drives, belt drives, rod drives and other forms of transmission, understanding of noise and vibration generation mechanisms, and experience in noise reduction and vibration suppression design.
6、Strong hands-on ability, able to inspect the machined parts, test assembly and other work. 
7、Clear thinking, organized, innovative, teamwork spirit, enterprising, strong sense of responsibility.

Job Responsibilities

He is mainly responsible for the structural development and design of mobile robots, including mechanism design, drive design and transmission design, etc.
Specific job responsibilities are as follows.
1、Participate in the pre-development and design of non-standard equipment solutions such as mobile robot products.
2、Responsible for the preliminary mechanism design work of innovative robot products.
3、Responsible for the development and design of robot suspension systems, drive systems, transmission systems, lifting structures and other actuators, and testing and verification of the designed mechanisms.
4、Responsible for the force calculation of the designed mechanism, the calculation and selection of the power and torque of the motor, reducer, etc.
5、Responsible for the tracking of products from R&D prototype trial production to small batch trial production, R&D improvement, production of product BOM sheets, and the preparation of various documents and reports in the working process.
6、To cooperate with electrical engineers to complete the product design according to the project requirements, and to produce 3D models and 2D engineering drawings.
